专利摘要:
A device for the surface treatment of strips with fluids, in particular for corroding rolled metal strips comprises a corrosion container (3) closed by a lid (4) and through which the strip (10) is pushed. A device is provided between the strip (10) and the lid (4) to guide the strip in its direction of movement when the strip is set up. The device can be composed of profiled parts that form a saw-tooth like portion. These profiled parts can be shaped as guiding girders (11) skewed in the direction of the strip inlet.

WITH
The invention relates to a device for the surface treatment of tapes with liquids, especially to the etching of rolled metal tapes.
The aim of the invention is to improve processing quality and increase reliability.

guide bars used in the device.
The device consists of an unwinding machine 1, which may contain several independent drums for simultaneous placement of several skeins. From there, the tape 2 is pulled after pre-unrolling the coil into the correct machine 3. This machine serves not only to straighten the tape, but at the same time ensures the advancement of the tape through the installation to the first pair of 4 transport rollers and further until the start of the mite reaches the winder 5.
The tape enters the pickling tank 6 and advances there through small pickling tanks washed with pickling acid from the tank located below.

WITH
At the end of the etching, the tape is washed, possibly subjected to additional processing, dried and wound on a winder 5 (Figures 1 and 2).
The etching tank 6 is closed by a lid 7 to protect it from damage by the input end of the tape or the curved section of the tape, below the cover on opposite longitudinal projections 8 of the side walls 9 one after another guide bars 10, which can reach the level of the liquid. To prevent the input end of the tape from tilting or twisting into the edge of the guide bars 10, as well as to prevent the stop or damage when passing curved or poorly rolled tapes against the direction of the tape direction leading to the tape bars, these edges 11 of the guide bars 10 bevelled in such a way that the guide bars 10 arranged one after the other above the belt 2 form a cover of the saw-tooth profile with the beveled fronts of the inverted teeth facing the bevels towards the direction of movement puppy tape. If the belt 2 is raised with its longitudinal section or with a tucked in front, resting against the guide rails 10, these bevelled surfaces 11 deflect the belt downward (FIG. 3).
The deflecting devices and the covers independent of them form a double overlap of the pickling trough relative to the atmosphere. An intermediate space is formed between the deflecting devices and the covers independent of them, in which there is an air gap, where hydrogen gas formed during the etching process gets, the passage through the gaps between the guide bars. Along with this hydrogen, a small amount of acid vapors inevitably also gets into this layer. These gases and vapors, now already diluted with air, are sucked out of this layer through fitting 12 in cover 7. Despite the fact that the surface of the etching bath does not decrease, this solution reduces the evaporation of acid and thereby the loss of thermal energy .four).
Instead of guide rails 10, other devices can be used to deflect the tape down.
It is possible to provide several etching tanks of the type described above, a pair of transporting and squeezing rollers are installed between each two such tanks (Fig. 3).
the passage between which the tape 2 is freed from most of the pickling acid. In this case, the rolls 13 of the pressing pair are offset one relative to the other so that
the upper roller 13 is positioned somewhat behind the lower roller in the direction of movement of the belt, and for separating the pickling liquids of each section, this pressing pair is provided with a sealing tongue 14. By
At least one of the squeeze rolls may be driven. With this separation of liquids, the concentration of iron and acid is regulated in separate sections: in the first pickling section
5, the maximum iron content and the minimum concentration of free acid, and in the last section the minimum concentration of iron and the maximum acid. Due to this, the number of
0 pickling time.
For guiding the belt in the middle of the longitudinal axis of the apparatus, for example, lateral guides 15 are arranged in front of the last pair of squeezing rolls.
5 tapes (Fig.1 and 2), adjustable for different widths of tape. These side guides (Figures 5 and 7) have two oncoming carriages 16, each of which moves on two pairs of rollers 17 along guides 18,
0 wherein each trolley is equipped with a toothed rack 19 meshed with a common gear located on a longitudinal axis, thereby ensuring simultaneous movement of both
5 carriages 16. Each of the carriages 16 is connected to a hydraulic cylinder 20, which moves the carriages 16 to one another or to one another. Taking into account the presence of gear 21, it is also possible that one cylinder 20 moves the carts 16 to one another, and the other cylinder 20 moves these carts one from another, or vice versa. Each of the two carriages 16 is provided at the bottom with a bracket 22 with a plate 23 of an acid-resistant material,
5 preferably made of wear-resistant ceramic material, centered at the beginning of the tape. This centering of the beginning of the belt is carried out at the moment when the front end of the belt passes between the centering cheeks, but is not yet clamped by the feed rollers.
In the pickling tank 6 (Fig. 8), the bottom may have a slight slope from the walls 9 towards the middle. On the side walls 9
5, the nozzles 24 are located at a distance from one another along the pickling tank 6, which enter at an angle at an angle and serve to supply the pickling fluid. On the continuation of the nozzles 24 in the bottom there are semicircular recesses 25,
intersecting in the center of the tank. The longitudinal components of the pickling fluid stream are thus directed towards the movement of the belt. In order that the tape does not catch on the edge of the recesses 25, the edge 26 is also bevelled (Fig. 9).
Due to a certain tilting of the bottom and the location of the recesses with pipes, a favorable hydrodynamic distribution of the pickling fluid inside the tank 6 is created. Splashes of the pickling fluid are prevented in the absence of tape in the tank 6. A slight tilt of the bottom towards the middle also serves as a specific measure for the tape to self-center when moving in the longitudinal direction - NII.
In order that as the ribbon leaves the reservoir 6, the transporting and pressing rollers take as little pickling liquid as possible, overflow chambers 27 at the side walls 9 are provided at some distance in front of these rolls, equipped with vertical dampers 28 for the flow of pickling liquid (FIG. , eleven).
Using height-adjustable shutters 28 or similar valves, you can set the level of the liquid in the pickling tank.
In addition, various versions of guide bars can be used: the bevel passes along the underside facing the entry point of the tape and occupies only a part of the width of the beam 10 (FLC); the bevel passes over the entire width of the beam (Fig. 136); the bevel is made on the side of the beam, closest to the place of exit of the tape, and occupies part of its width (figv); the bevel occupies the entire width and is made curvilinear, for example, in a circular or more complex arc (Fig. 13d) and multiple, for example double, bevel (Fig, 13e). The bevel angle (or the maximum bevel angle when it is curved) is 2-10 °, preferably 5 °.
